Abstract:
This article explores the benefits and limitations of artificial intelligence technology in the chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) sphere. It provides real-world examples of how AI and machine-learning models can be harnessed by CMC professionals to improve efficiency throughout all stages of the regulatory lifecycle and facilitate innovation. There is a particular emphasis on the benefits of FAIR data and the use of predictive analytics.
